IHB.DE IS MERGING WITH THE
FORDAQ.COM PORTAL

Dear IHB  member,

We are pleased to announce you that from the 12th of December 2018, the IHB website (www.ihb.de) is merging with Fordaq.com. This merge will not affect the services proposed to IHB members and visitors. The whole IHB website content is reachable from the Fordaq.com site.

IHB was founded in 1996 and acquired in 2004 by Fordaq SA, it has been since then part of the Fordaq Network. IHB was one of the first international B2B Marketplaces and News sites for the Forest and Wood industry. IHB is mainly known in the German-speaking part of Europe.

Benoit Nieuwenhuys, Managing Director of Fordaq comments:
"Merging IHB with Fordaq will allow better synergies and increase our performance as the leading Wood Trading Portal. We are also confident that a one brand strategy will grant us a deeper market penetration in some key areas."
